Refund Policy

At Golden Nutrition, we want to ensure you have a positive experience. However, because we provide digital content and personalized services, we have established the following refund guidelines:

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of instant-download products are final.

  • Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or emailed to you, we cannot offer a refund.

  • If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us at nat.nutrition@outlook.com and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

2. Personalized Nutrition Coaching & Consultations

For one-on-one coaching or custom-built nutrition plans:

  • Before Work Begins: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and before any intake forms have been reviewed or plans created, a full refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.

  • Mid-Plan Cancellation: If you choose to cancel after beginning a personalized coaching plan a partial refund may be available depending on the amount of work that has been done on your plan so far. Issuing any amount as a refund is entirely up to our discretion, and is not necessarily based on the percentage of plan already completed as a large amount of the work in creating the plan takes place before the plan starts.

    • Note: If using the monthly or bi-weekly payment plan all payments are final and not subject to a refund for any reason.

  • Cancellations: For live consultation calls, we require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide notice may result in a "no-show" fee or forfeiture of the session. 

3. Physical Goods
  • We do not accept returns or cancellations after the order has shipped.

  • If there is a issue with your order due to shipping damage or defective products (ex. broken/leaky jars, improperly sealed tea, etc) we will provide a replacement item, if a replacement item is not available, we will provide a full refund for the defective or damaged item.

  • In case of missing or incorrect items from your order please contact nat.nutrition@outlook.com with your order details and we will work with you to ensure you either receive the proper items or are refunded for the missing items.

4. Exceptions

We believe in fairness. If there was a clear error on our part (e.g., you were charged twice for the same item), we will rectify the error and issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
